Salary: £29,000 to £33,000 (depending on experience) Sleep ins are paid extra at £60/sleep in the 4 bed and £50/sleep in the 3 bed Location: Harrow Shift Pattern: 7am -11pm (Must be able to do Sleep-ins) To lead in ensuring the care and welfare of each child in placement, provide guidance and support to Therapeutic Support Workers, and oversee the supervision of designated staff members. The Senior Therapeutic Support Worker is responsible for ensuring that the emotional physical, and needs of young people are met, while serving as a positive role model to help them realise their full potential. Rota Adjustments: The rota may be changed with reasonable notice to cover service contingencies. This may include covering additional sleep-in due to an emergency measure. Health and Safety Responsibility: Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines, accepting responsibility for working within these guidelines and reporting any concerns to the Registered Manager.
