Job Role: Homes Manager

Reports To: Operations Manager/Responsible Individual

Location: Surrey

Salary: £45,000 – £48,000

We have an excellent opportunity to join our clients TEAM working as the Registered Home Manager

To provide a high-quality care service that supports the needs of the children, to be an advocate for their well-being and to provide strong, motivational leadership to staff.

The Requirements

  • Level 4/5 working with children and young people (or equivalent)
  • At least three years’ experience in a residential childcare setting at a senior level within the last five years.
  • At least one year’s experience in supervising and managing professional staff.
  • Please note that our positions require an Enhanced DBS check in relation to adults.
