Job Role: Homes Manager
Reports To: Operations Manager/Responsible Individual
Location: Surrey
Salary: £45,000 – £48,000
We have an excellent opportunity to join our clients TEAM working as the Registered Home Manager
To provide a high-quality care service that supports the needs of the children, to be an advocate for their well-being and to provide strong, motivational leadership to staff.
The Requirements
- Level 4/5 working with children and young people (or equivalent)
- At least three years’ experience in a residential childcare setting at a senior level within the last five years.
- At least one year’s experience in supervising and managing professional staff.
- Please note that our positions require an Enhanced DBS check in relation to adults.
