Job Details:

• Position: Ground Maintenance Operatives
• Location: Crawley and surrounding
• Type: Temporary/Seasonal with potential for extension
• Experience: Positions suitable for candidates with varying levels of experience

Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, weeding, planting, and pruning
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment under the guidance of the client
• Follow landscaping plans and instructions to deliver high-quality results
• Maintain a safe working environment at all times

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is advantageous but not essential for all roles
• Knowledge of basic horticultural practices and landscaping techniques is beneficial
• Ability to use landscaping tools and equipment effectively
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions
