Multidrop Van Driver

Location: Crawley, West Sussex Salary/Rate: £12.2 - £15.25/hour About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Drop Van Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods across Sussex, Surrey, and the Southeast area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position, with the potential for a permanent contract after the initial temporary period. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently deliver goods to various locations.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork.
• Follow all safety and compliance regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.

Requirements:

• Valid UK driving license with no more than 3points (Category B).
• Previous experience as a multi-drop van driver preferred.
• Good geographical knowledge of Sussex, Surrey, and the Southeast area.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Role: We are seeking an unskilled Mobile Multi-Trade Operative to join our clients’ dynamic team. This is a night shift position, where you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance tasks across London and the Southeast, predominantly within the retail and care home sectors . The role demands versatility, attention to detail, and the reliability. Key Responsibilities: Helping the maintenance engineer to perform a variety of maintenance tasks including repairs, installations, and general upkeep. Utilise hand and power tools for various jobs, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Assemble and disassemble fixtures, fittings, and other elements as required. Follow and interpret instructions accurately to complete tasks to a high standard. Maintain clear communication with clients and team members to ensure job requirements are understood and met. Travel between sites across London and the Southeast, ensuring all work is completed within the required timeframe. Requirements: Knowledge in a multi-trade role, preferably within the retail or care home sectors. Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and the engineer. Proficient in using hand and power tools, with a solid understanding of safety protocols. Strong assembly knowledge and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
