Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Horsham Salary: £27,498.40 We have an excellent opportunity to join our clients TEAM working with in a Children Home and support in a school. We are looking for experienced NVQ level 3 Senior Residential workers or Senior youth workers. To provide a need led service to young people/children by adopting a person-centred approach that fosters self-awareness, personal growth and gives each person the strongest voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices. The Role- Support people with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices enabling them to take control of their own lives, increasing independence.
- To lead shifts in the absence of a team leader.
- Administer medication in line with medication policy and the individual’s care plans.
- Support the development of person-centred planning, ensuring everyone’s plan has meaningful and achievable goals.
- To work within equal opportunities policy and procedure.
- Work in line with the company’s Child Protection; Prevention of Abuse Policy and Whistle Blowing Policy to ensure that people are always kept safe.
- Full training
- We will put you on our Passport to Manage training and allow you to get your Level 5.
- A great work/life balance with flexible working patterns will give you a clear pathway into a management role.

We are looking for experienced Residential workers or youth workers. About The Role- All of our homes adopt therapeutic practices, allowing you to develop into a specialist care provider.
