Airport parking Meet And Greet Driver

Location: Gatwick, Surrey

Salary/Rate: £11.50 – £13/hour

We are currently seeking reliable and customer-oriented individuals to join our client’s team as Meet and Greet Drivers at Gatwick Airport. As a Meet and Greet Driver, you will be responsible for collecting and returning customer vehicles between the terminal and the client car parks, while providing exceptional customer service. This is a customer-facing role, so a clear understanding of the English language is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting and returning customer vehicles between the terminal and car parks
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for the customers
• Conducting vehicle checks prior to collecting and delivering to ensure safety and compliance
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including those related to security and safety regulations
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Valid UK driver’s license and a clean driving record with no more than three points.
• Excellent communication skills in English, as it is a customer-facing role.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Previous customer service experience preferred but not required

Flexible working :

• 4 days / nights on – 4 days / nights off shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend available
• Plenty of opportunities for overtime
• This is a temp-to-perm position for the right candidates.
