Location: Betchworth

Hours: 34.5/46 hour (preferred 7am to 7pm)

We have an excellent opportunity to join our clients TEAM working day and night as Care Assistants in a Care Home in Betchworth. In this vital role, our commitment is to ensure the safety, happiness, and highest standards of care for our residents, fostering a community of warmth and comfort.

As a Care Assistant, your primary responsibility is to deliver care professionally and thoughtfully during any span of duty, ensuring the provision of a safe, effective, and efficient care service that meets the individual needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a champion for residents’ safety and dignity.

Maintain skills and knowledge, delivering care in accordance with the latest guidelines and best practice evidence.

Ensure ongoing safety through systematic assessment, monitoring, and reviewing processes.

Maintain clear and accurate records and communication systems related to clinical and care delivery.

Provide care in a respectful and dignified manner, respecting residents’ preferences and choices.

Deliver care in line with the Homes Policies and Procedures.

Complete all required Mandatory training and induction programs, training, and competency assessments.
