Chef

Location: Brighton, Brighton and Hove

Salary/Rate: £13.69/hour

We are looking for temporary Chef cover to join our client 24 bedded Care Home in Brighton.

Main Duties

To prepare and cook a variety of meals which are appealing, nutritious and centres around the individuals’ preferences, requests or any special dietary requirements

Required to cater a hot meal at lunchtime and prepare a cold meal ready for serving at teatime. Must be able to make fresh soups and cakes for the residents.

The menu will be pre-arranged and they will not be required to place food orders to suppliers.

An enhanced DBS is needed for this role. Also, an in-date Food Hygiene Certificate.

Shifts throughout October and November.

Shifts – 08:00 – 14:00 or 17:00
