Senior Residential Support Worker

Location: Worthing & Henfield

Salary: £27,518

We have an excellent opportunity to join our clients TEAM working with in a Children Home.

We are looking for experienced Senior Residential workers or Senior youth workers.

WHAT IS INVOLED

Key to this is making sure that children are happy, safe, enjoy living in the homes and continue to make outstanding progress in all areas of their lives. The children sometimes need high levels of support and, as a senior member of the team, you will be an excellent role model and consistent adult in their lives.

We are looking for Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
